May I forever be transparent with you Lord. May I be as clear as an empty glass bottle. Though opportunities are knocking, waiting and wanting me to be wrongly filled and dirtied again.. Without hesitation, may I forever deny their offers and invitations, and cling tight to Your sacrifice- Your blood shed for me, in all my weakness and desperation. May I never be as solid as stone again Father- never turn my head away from You when You offer me Your love. May You forgive me for the times where I hardened my heart to you, turning what longed to beat for you, into a cold, hard and ignorant stone that only slightly resembled my heart. Forgive me for my foolishness, for my inability to commit and my constant betrayal to You and Your word. How blessed I am Father that You would still love me, in spite of my undeserving ways. How thankful I am Father that You care for me so- that regardless of my shame- You still call to me in the midst of my worries, and say ‘My child, I love you.’
